Top tip :- Never use the email address provided by you ISP.

Although this seems convenient, it is actually a hook to to keep you tied to your ISP . They will most likely discontinue the email address as soon as you switch ISP. Leaving all your friends and business contacts wondering where you have gone.
I would recommend an email host that is independant of your IPS such as iCloud Outlook or GMAIL (Google mail. Click the gmail tab on the Google home page) they are free ish.
